This is a convenience translation of the Swedish original (Abonnemangsvillkor). In the event of any discrepancy, the Swedish version prevails.

1 About the service

Equikura is a digital horse care service provided by Uddens Sjögård AB (company reg. no. 556940-4659), hereinafter the Supplier. The service covers record keeping, invoicing, medication reporting and related features for businesses and horse owners in equine care.

These terms apply between the Supplier and the business (the clinic) that takes out a subscription, hereinafter the Customer.

2 Subscription and prices

The subscription is priced by the number of users in the business. Prices include Swedish VAT.

TierUsersPrice/month
11–5SEK 598
26–10SEK 958
311–15SEK 1 318
416–20SEK 1 678
—More than 20Quote

With annual payment the price corresponds to ten months – two months free of charge compared with monthly payment.

3 Payment

Payment is made against invoice via Svea. The invoice is created when the subscription is activated and thereafter at the start of each new period (month or year, depending on the choice).

Payment terms and any reminder and late-payment fees are stated on the invoice and handled by Svea.

4 Commitment period and cancellation

The subscription has no commitment period and can be cancelled at any time. On cancellation, the subscription ends at the end of the started and paid period. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded.

5 Price changes

The Supplier may adjust the prices. Changes are announced in advance and take effect from the next subscription period. If the Customer does not accept a price change, the subscription can be cancelled before the change takes effect.

6 The Customer's data

The Customer owns its data. Information the Customer registers in the service is retained during the subscription period and is available as long as the subscription is active.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. A separate data processing agreement can be entered into when needed.

7 Availability

The Supplier aims for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced when possible. Temporary interruptions for maintenance or for technical reasons do not entitle the Customer to a price reduction.

8 Limitation of liability

The service is provided as a support for the business. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information registered and for how the service is used in its own business. The Supplier's liability is limited to the subscription fee for the period in which any defect occurred.

9 Changes to the terms

The Supplier may update these terms. Material changes are announced in advance and take effect from the next subscription period.
